Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own enterprise-wide account plans aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes.
  • •Coordinate and drive cross-practice initiatives across Advisory, Audit, Technology, and internal product and delivery resources.
  • •Partner with Strategic Account Executives to identify, prioritize, and execute expansion opportunities.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and facilitate executive business reviews to reinforce value and unlock sponsorship.
  • •Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks to manage enterprise complexity, track initiatives, and report progress using qualitative and quantitative signals.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in enterprise account leadership, program leadership, or customer success strategy.
  • •5+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or a closely related professional-services domain.
