Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project parties.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to support delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including value engineering.
  • •Manage contract change, drive improvements to forecasts and budgets, and negotiate and agree final accounts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Strong understanding of cost management, including cost variance, forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Contract management experience (NEC3 preferred).
  • •Change management and change control experience, including governance processing.
  • •Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, with professional body membership (or working towards it).
