  • •Act as an internal change partner to senior leaders navigating AI and future transformation.
  • •Create measurement frameworks to track behavior change and business impact, using data and feedback to iterate continuously.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,200 - 182,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated AI fluency and curiosity, including building AI solutions and designing AI-first experiences beyond chat interfaces.
  • •Experience in change management, organizational design, L&D, consulting, or program management with meaningful end-to-end initiative ownership.
  • •Leadership and capability development expertise designing and scaling programs for managers and senior leaders.
  • •Strong organizational change instincts and high agency to proactively tackle what’s needed.
  • •Strong facilitation skills for engaging senior audiences and proven stakeholder management to influence without authority.
