Job Summary

Shape AI readiness through organizational change and leadership development. Own the leadership development portfolio, designing and scaling manager and senior-leader programs. Build AI-first solutions that drive real behavior change and skill transfer, and partner with Talent Management and HRBPs to close capability gaps. Establish measurement frameworks to track behavior change and business impact, iterating continuously with feedback from leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Help shape organizational readiness for AI-driven changes by focusing on skills, what leaders should do, and how work will transform.
•Own the leadership development portfolio, including leadership onboarding and manager development programs.
•Build AI-first solutions that drive real behavior change and skill transfer.
•Act as an internal change partner to senior leaders navigating AI and future transformation.
•Create measurement frameworks to track behavior change and business impact, using data and feedback to iterate continuously.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,200 - 182,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated AI fluency and curiosity, including building AI solutions and designing AI-first experiences beyond chat interfaces.
•Experience in change management, organizational design, L&D, consulting, or program management with meaningful end-to-end initiative ownership.
•Leadership and capability development expertise designing and scaling programs for managers and senior leaders.
•Strong organizational change instincts and high agency to proactively tackle what’s needed.
•Strong facilitation skills for engaging senior audiences and proven stakeholder management to influence without authority.
