Job Summary

Design, develop, and enhance software that powers simulation environments and automated testing platforms for mission-critical aerospace systems. Build and maintain automated test frameworks, improve CI/CD pipelines, and develop build systems and developer environments. Debug and troubleshoot integration issues across multiple layers using logs and diagnostic tools, while collaborating with software, systems, and test engineers to improve system stability, reliability, and automation efficiency.

•Design, develop, and maintain software components for simulation and test automation platforms.
•Build and enhance automated test frameworks for validating complex software systems.
•Develop and maintain build systems, software development environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
•Debug, analyze, and resolve software issues across multiple application layers using diagnostic tools, logs, and debuggers.
•Collaborate with software, systems, and test engineering teams to integrate software into simulation environments and improve stability and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, STEM, or related discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
•Strong programming expertise in modern C++ (C++14/C++17 or later).
•Solid Python programming experience for automation, scripting, and test development.
•Experience working in Linux development environments and strong debugging skills using tools such as GDB, log analysis, and diagnostic utilities.
•Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar), plus build systems such as CMake and containerized environments (Docker).
