Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop responsive email designs by writing and customizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•Develop mobile-compatible advertisements and banners, ensuring implementation matches the provided designs.
•Create JavaScript animations using libraries such as Greensock, from basic to complex levels.
•Optimize email code for maximum performance with minimum size and ensure browser compatibility.
•Work with design teams and stakeholders, coach other Email Developers, and provide task estimates.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of email-specific development experience with a digital portfolio of dynamic email samples.
•Strong HTML and CSS skills, including media queries and building responsive emails using existing designs.
•Experience with JavaScript (including animations) and optimizing HTML/CSS/JS for performance and minimum size.
•Hands-on QA experience using Litmus (or similar) and knowledge of W3C standards/cross-browser compatibility.
•Ability to work with IDEs (Sublime Text or Visual Studio Code) and familiarity with CMS/ad publishing tools (e.g., Drupal/WordPress, Salesforce/Engage) is a plus.
