Job Summary

Support WHO ECEH by providing secretariat services to the EHP Partnerships, coordinating technical inputs, and enhancing visibility of Partnership work. Update questionnaires, draft leaflets, an annual report, newsletters, web/photo stories, and multi-format social media content, including a video script. Provide technical inputs for the EHTF meeting in Dublin and maintain EHP SharePoint pages while monitoring social media statistics.

Key Responsibilities

•Revise the EHP Partnerships questionnaire template and consolidate progress inputs from lead countries and WHO technical focal points.
•Draft technical content for EHP Partnership leaflets, and prepare an annual report on Partnership implementation achievements, challenges, and highlights.
•Develop a video script and coordinate multiple review rounds with Partnership leads and technical programme staff.
•Write newsletter contributions, web and photo stories, and social media content packages aligned with WHO communication standards; provide technical review for governance and communication materials.
•Support EHTF participation by compiling inputs, drafting session briefs and key messages, and preparing follow-up summaries and outcome inputs for the meeting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 198 - 349 daily

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in public health and/or environmental studies, or equivalent.
•Up to 5 years (preferable 3 years) of professional experience supporting international policy processes, programmes, or capacity-building initiatives in environment and health and/or intersectoral governance.
•Experience working with UN organizations, international organizations, or other multilateral institutions.
•Demonstrated experience supporting intergovernmental meetings, technical consultations, or policy dialogues, and drafting technical reports, policy documents, or communication materials.
•Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
