Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update compliance trackers, calendars, checklists, and audit action items.
  • •Organize compliance documentation and recordkeeping systems to ensure materials are audit-ready at all times.
  • •Support internal audits and external inspections by gathering documentation, coordinating schedules, and preparing materials.
  • •Serve as the on-site point of contact during third-party auditor walkthroughs, answering questions and recording findings.

  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing trackers and deadlines simultaneously.

  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and following up with stakeholders.
  • •Comfort working both at a desk and on-site at the facility floor, including hosting external auditors or inspectors.
