Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary strategic, tactical, and operational support for the Executive Director.
  • •Lead and manage a team of business support staff to deliver operational priorities.
  • •Ensure full compliance with operational, risk, and statutory requirements across France.
  • •Monitor and report performance against agreed targets and scorecard metrics while driving efficiencies.
  • •Manage and support real estate projects, and provide oversight on security and corporate fleet management.

Key Requirements

  • •Have worked as a Facilities lead for a minimum of 5 years in a corporate or professional services firm.
  • •Experience working in corporate real estate or a facilities management company.
  • •Procurement experience required.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing midsized teams and projects.
