Job Summary

Lead the maintenance and breakdown team for a production site in Amsterdam, keeping the factory running with maximum output and minimal technical disruptions. You’ll coach and develop team members, and step in to guide (dis)assembly, repairs, revisions, and machine conversions. The technical department includes about 20 people working in a 3-shift system, with multiple team leads reporting to the head of technical service.

Key Responsibilities

•Keep the factory running with the highest possible output and minimal technical disruptions.
•Lead and develop your team, including training team members.
•Support your team when issues arise by guiding (dis)assembly, repairs, revisions, and machine conversions.
•Work closely with the technical department in a 3-shift system as one of the team leads.
•Report to the head of technical service alongside other team leads and a work preparation coordinator.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,500 - 4,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•Completed technical education at MBO4 level, preferably in Technicus Engineering.
•Or an equivalent level achieved through relevant work experience.
•At least 5 years of leadership experience.
•Technical experience in a production environment, with the ability to communicate effectively with mechanics, operators, and production supervisors.
•Experience with Ultimo (or another maintenance program), plus willingness to work in 2-shift service and in construction periods.
