Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep the factory running with the highest possible output and minimal technical disruptions.
  • •Lead and develop your team, including training team members.
  • •Support your team when issues arise by guiding (dis)assembly, repairs, revisions, and machine conversions.
  • •Work closely with the technical department in a 3-shift system as one of the team leads.
  • •Report to the head of technical service alongside other team leads and a work preparation coordinator.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical education at MBO4 level, preferably in Technicus Engineering.
  • •Or an equivalent level achieved through relevant work experience.
  • •At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • •Technical experience in a production environment, with the ability to communicate effectively with mechanics, operators, and production supervisors.
  • •Experience with Ultimo (or another maintenance program), plus willingness to work in 2-shift service and in construction periods.
