Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of benefits programs across an assigned AP market portfolio.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, employees, and business leaders on benefits matters and program recommendations.
  • •Own end-to-end vendor and commercial management for benefits providers, including procurement, performance management, invoice governance, and renewals.
  • •Translate benefits data into insight by analyzing utilization trends, claims experience, and market benchmarks to improve program effectiveness.
  • •Ensure compliance and governance by meeting regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and keeping plan materials current.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of benefits experience with hands-on exposure to multiple AP markets.
  • •Strong analytical capability including building cost models and interpreting claims and utilization data to make data-driven recommendations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from employees to senior business and HR leadership.
  • •Hands-on Workday proficiency with familiarity with benefits administration platforms.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; GRP or equivalent certification is a plus.
