Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily operational tasks including quality inspection, guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and escalation handling.
  • •Conduct daily audits on an internal system and provide error analysis and feedback to stakeholders (R&D & Product Manager).
  • •Monitor evaluator quality scores, perform root cause analysis with the management team, and support continuous improvement.
  • •Track project data and daily output/quality scores, prepare data analysis and reports, and validate information for stakeholders/partners.
  • •Localize guidelines, design training schedules, coordinate stakeholders for go-live, and deliver process/product/guideline training to new joiners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
