Key Responsibilities

•Serve as subject matter expert for revenue cycle workflows within the PATH EHR environment, guiding charging, coding, billing, claims management, and revenue integrity.
•Collaborate with clinical, HIM, finance, and operational stakeholders to translate revenue cycle needs into information system requirements.
•Provide workflow analysis and operational support to customers.
•Disseminate best practices for integrated technologies with field and corporate partners.
•Identify high-value opportunities to proposed solutions to clinical workflow and operational barriers based on data and observation.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,528 - 169,832 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Deep experience in back-end revenue cycle operations.
•Knowledge of hospital and ambulatory billing workflows.
•Experience with coding, HIM, and claims management.
