Key Responsibilities

  • •Support global program operations, including onboarding (Embark), early career development (Ignite), and leadership enablement through scheduling, enrollment, participant tracking, and content audits.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional communication with HRBPs, regional program owners, and admin teams to ensure smooth rollout of learning initiatives.
  • •Host and support global learning events for Early Careers and employee development, including session preparation, speaker coordination, participant engagement, and live facilitation support.
  • •Manage and analyze data from multiple learning programs using dashboards and reports (e.g., Always-On Insights, Embark Utilization).
  • •Assist with content management and logistics for learning sessions, including updating learning materials and preparing offline/online session logistics (e.g., swag, meal booking, reminders).

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Management, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • •Prior experience or strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
  • •Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., ByteLearning or similar platforms).
  • •Experience in copywriting and simple graphic design (Canva or equivalent).
