•Develop and implement business strategies and plans to meet short- and long-term objectives.

•Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting to support financial health and stability.
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies, and lead/mentor senior management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior executive role, preferably in financial services.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
•Strong understanding of core business functions including finance, marketing, HR, and operations.
•Demonstrated competency in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
•Exceptional leadership, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
