Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the main technical voice for Databricks for 1-5 client accounts, guiding them through technical strategies and adoption paths.
  • •Lead customers on a transformational journey, evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their strategy.
  • •Own the implementation of the technical strategy within accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • •Build a movement of technical champions within accounts to enable scalable impact.
  • •Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to other team members, aligning efforts with Databricks solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in very large Retail and CPG spaces (>$1m ARR)
  • •3+ years in a pre-sales or sales-support role
  • •Technical in big data, data science, and cloud
  • •3+ years design and implementation experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP or full lifecycle data science solutions
  • •Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
