Key Responsibilities

•Join a dynamic Systems Engineering team dedicated to modernizing Air Traffic Control RADAR systems in the NAS and internationally.
•Drive innovation by developing creative solutions to customer challenges and crafting system and product-level requirements.
•Verify requirements by developing sell-off criteria to ensure performance and safety.
•Develop solutions to modernize and integrate multiplatform air traffic systems that track commercial, military, and unmanned aircraft.
•Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consultant to the Systems Engineering team.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience
•U.S. citizenship is required
•Must be able to obtain FAA and/or DoD clearance (FAA clearance and/or DoD Secret clearance)
•Prior experience with design, integration and test of complex systems
•Experience generating technical documentation and facilitating briefings with stakeholders
