  • •Support next-generation DRAM development in a manufacturing fab by analyzing device performance, yield, and reliability data.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
  • •Understanding of semiconductor device characterization and electrical test data analysis or device performance evaluation.
  • •Experience with statistical data analysis methods or tools such as JMP, Python, MATLAB, R, or similar platforms.
  • •Strong communication skills to present technical results to engineering teams and larger audiences.
