Job Summary

Lead global medical strategy and tactical execution for haematology, nephrology, and transplant indications, supporting pre- and post-launch activities and aligning global medical affairs work across functions and countries. Serve as a medical expert for evidence generation, life-cycle management, and Phase 3b/4 and ESR planning. Partner with KOLs and centers of excellence, guide scientific communications and training, and ensure alignment between Global and Country Medical Plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement global medical (TA) strategy and plans for GMA activities for haematology, nephrology, and transplant indications.
•Contribute to situational assessment and global product strategy, including harmonization of KOL activities.
•Provide medical strategic recommendations for in-line life cycle management and late-phase pipeline programs, including Phase 3b/4 and ESR evidence generation strategy.
•Guide functional plans supporting global medical strategy across scientific communications, medical training, external medical education (CME/symposia), Medical Info, and GHEOR teams.
•Establish and execute KOL engagement strategy, build partnerships with centers of excellence and academic institutions, and manage global medical advisory boards.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 166,792.8 - 218,915.55 annually

•Experience working with KOLs and HCPs to improve patient care and outcomes.
