Job Summary

Ensure smooth operations of assigned facilities by resolving complex technical issues and maintaining service quality. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and landscaping systems, and manage maintenance schedules and engineering specifications. Optimize service delivery processes, prepare technical specifications for facility assets, and develop cost-reduction and control systems. Evaluate contractors and suppliers, respond to emergencies and client requests, and supervise in-house technical teams while reporting progress to Facilities Managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical and commercial success of assigned projects or project groups.
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Landscaping systems.
•Review and implement maintenance schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows.
•Optimize service delivery processes to improve efficiency and prepare technical specifications for facility assets.
•Evaluate contractor and supplier performance, respond to emergencies and client requests, and supervise in-house technical teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
•Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management or engineering, including supervisory responsibilities.
•Preferred: Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification.
•Strong exposure to client management, budgeting, and service delivery.
•Knowledge of building systems and Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
