Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and delivery of high-quality digital documentation for major infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on bridge and structural design.
•Manage workload and deliver to project timeframes while providing technical leadership to local and offshore delivery teams.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to coordinate, integrate, and federate models and digital information for consistent project outcomes.
•Maintain compliance with standards, improve workflows, and ensure consistency and quality across project deliverables.
•Mentor and guide both local and offshore teams to enhance project delivery and technical capability.

Key Requirements

•10+ years experience in transport and rail infrastructure projects including civil, electrical HV (including OHW), structural.
•Strong drafting capability covering AutoCAD, Revit and MicroStation drafting.
•Ability to work independently and lead/mentor local and offshore teams.
•Proven ability to manage workload and deliver to project timeframes.
•Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with TfNSW standards, DE workflows, and Quality Assurance processes.
