Key Responsibilities

•Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting on resource utilization for Adaptative Operations and Revenue Operations teams, including sales.
•Close supervision and improvement of our weekly staffing and project scheduling process, determining optimal agent allocation across new and existing projects, and aligning priorities with multiple stakeholders.
•Maintain real-time visibility of all active and upcoming projects, tracking status and performance, and turning this into weekly or monthly leadership syntheses.
•Create consensus and obtain decisions on resources and program needs, including tools, analytics, and reporting.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively develop project portfolios and ensure a strong pipeline of value-added work for the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 128,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•More than 10 years of workforce operations experience in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment, including at least 5 years of vendor management, workforce planning, and capacity planning.
•Strong influence and stakeholder management skills with concrete examples of negotiating complex requests and resolving competing priorities.
•Experience as a strategic partner to senior leaders, capable of turning ambiguous business objectives into concrete workforce plans with measurable outcomes.
•Proven ability to design and execute processes; demonstrated capacity to rebuild and launch a complex cross-functional process.
•Extensive experience in capacity planning, staffing plans, and scheduling, plus allocating resources across multiple competing priorities based on ROI and business goals.
