Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate bulk material handling equipment such as conveyors, boom lifts, wheel loader, and sky track to move product safely.
  • •Use electric forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload and move product accurately within the warehouse.
  • •Follow WMS/ERP and internal protocols to ensure inventory accuracy and customer compliance.
  • •Load/unload trailers and rail cars safely; secure trailers to docks and use proper radio communications.
  • •Perform railcar operations including spotting/loading, aligning switches, applying hand brakes, connecting air hoses, and inspecting tracks and safety appliances.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required.
  • •5+ years’ experience operating a forklift inside a warehouse and outside yard.
  • •Experience operating heavy equipment such as wheel loader, conveyors, boom lifts, etc.
  • •Experience working in a food-grade environment (warehouse/manufacturing).
  • •Previous experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP).
