Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate onboarding programs and workforce readiness initiatives, including maintaining training plans, learning paths, assessments, and job aids.
  • •Partner with business units and subject matter authorities to identify training needs, facilitate training meetings, and communicate program updates.
  • •Create and maintain training documentation, process documentation, job aids, and knowledge resources with appropriate governance and version control.
  • •Collect and analyze workforce development metrics; build dashboards and reports to monitor completion, compliance, and readiness indicators and identify trends and risks.
  • •Use Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to improve productivity across drafting, summarization, reporting narratives, action tracking, and follow-up.

  • •Experience in workforce development, training, learning & development, documentation, operations, or a related field.
