Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with functional business units to understand processes and recommend/build workflow solutions and reports.
  • •Coordinate with IT/ERP deployment teams on configuration changes, workflows, scripts, roles/permissions, and custom objects/record types.
  • •Assist administrators, department managers, super-users, and end-users to use ERP/IT system functionality effectively.
  • •Manage resolution of internal IT/ERP system projects, upgrades, and change requests.
  • •Support migration activities including data conversion, cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance; execute system testing and UAT.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years relevant experience in systems analysis and workflow configuration/implementation with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in ERP applications and adequate experience with ERP implementation.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science or Information Science) or equivalent.
  • •ERP application certification is preferable.
  • •Finance/Project applications background such as Chartered Accountant / CPA / CMA / Master Degree in Finance and Accounting.
