•Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
•Meet RCIS physical requirements: walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles, climb storage bins up to 25 feet, and lift 25–50 lbs.
•Ability to convey complex regulations and interpretations to claimants, agents, and industry people in claim situations.
