Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor project teams to deliver end-to-end Workday integration solutions on cloud-based enterprise systems.
  • •Collaborate with client and internal senior leaders to design and implement goal‑achieving solutions and ensure engagement objectives are met or exceeded.
  • •Oversee program planning efforts, track progress, and manage risks to deliver high-quality results.
  • •Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
  • •Identify opportunities to expand project work within clients by building enduring relationships and showcasing value.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations
