Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor project teams to deliver end-to-end Workday integration solutions on cloud-based enterprise systems.
•Collaborate with client and internal senior leaders to design and implement goal‑achieving solutions and ensure engagement objectives are met or exceeded.
•Oversee program planning efforts, track progress, and manage risks to deliver high-quality results.
•Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
•Identify opportunities to expand project work within clients by building enduring relationships and showcasing value.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations
•6+ years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership
•Must have experience managing a team
•Must have experience using Studio
•Having experience with Orchestrate is a plus!
