Key Responsibilities

•Lead and recruit a high-performing team of Site Managers (6+ direct reports), Assistant Site Managers, Shift Leads, and Operations Associates (50+ indirect reports) and act as a culture carrier.
•Oversee day-to-day operations onsite for a high-volume portfolio (approximately 6-10 DashMart locations), ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely and monitor market metric performance.
•Execute process improvement pilots/projects with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies while maintaining positive employee experience and contribute to market expansion and scaling.
•Own site-level culture and change management by leading adoption of operational best practices and mobilizing frontline insights to influence cross-functional decisions.
•Collaborate with central teams to ensure customer orders are delivered with the best possible experience and equip teams with tools and resources to meet goals.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 year college degree preferred)
