Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team to deliver a successful project.
•Oversee planning and execution of the construction plan at the job site to meet schedule and cost goals.
•Develop and implement a construction execution plan and ensure safety, quality, client interface, and labor productivity are managed.
•Coordinate with multiple contractors and on-site teams, allocating resources and ensuring adherence to the Project Execution Plan.
•Manage weekly project status, maintain training, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and customer focus.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent on-the-job experience.
•Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in industrial construction projects with knowledge of Construction Planning.
•Prior experience on a construction site, involved with work planning activities including a high level of knowledge and experience with the implementation of detailed work planning processes and procedures.
•Knowledge of AWP as a project management methodology and familiarity with all phases of a project lifecycle.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to convey complex concepts.
