Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage, lead, and deliver projects in a client-facing role.
  • •Lead project delivery teams by overseeing and reviewing junior employees’ work and supporting complex situations.
  • •Conduct site survey work and produce report writing for scoped surveys, including FRAEW/FRA and compartmentation/fire door surveys.
  • •Perform inspection, design, and plan review for site inspection works and deliver projects to quality standards and deadlines.
  • •Assist the External Wall Director with commercial management and manage technical risk/liability exposure across projects while supporting proposals and business development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • •Ideally qualified to MSc degree level or with relevant post-academic professional qualifications.
  • •Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in external wall advisory and related specialised fields.
  • •Chartered Engineer (preferred).
  • •Demonstrate vast expertise and exceptional competency in the specialised discipline with expert guidance capability.
