•Support service estimators by estimating and booking service work in a timely manner in line with audit and compliance requirements.
•Maintain and drive the service agreement renewal process, including Salesforce opportunity management, reviewing contract performance, revising estimates, and delivering proposals to customers.
•Support account managers with estimating and booking service work for strategic accounts.
•Identify and communicate issues and opportunities related to estimating and booking service work, including scope growth.
•Assist with accounts receivable management for existing customers and ensure customer opportunities are entered into Salesforce accurately.

Key Requirements

•Certificate/degree from college or technical school with 2 years related experience and/or training, or 3 years related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.

•Effective communication in person, by phone, and in writing; proficiency with telephone/voice mail and office equipment.
•Financial acumen, collaboration and teamwork, adaptability, and results orientation.
•Able to work extended hours occasionally and physically attend customer sites as required; valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
