Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational HR leadership for the Corporate Finance organization and broader finance function.
  • •Partner with business leaders to support recruiting and retention, performance management, change management, and employee coaching.
  • •Drive HR initiatives including staffing, compensation strategies, succession planning, training and development, rewards and recognition, and organizational effectiveness.
  • •Manage employee relations issues including organizational structures and investigations, and act as an employee advocate to maintain a positive work environment.
  • •Collaborate with Corporate Finance and HR leaders to align HR strategies, build talent pipelines through development programs, and mentor finance professionals.
