Aberdeen Manager, Repair & Maintenance

Organize and coordinate equipment-related activities at a single facility, leading Repair & Maintenance (R&M) operations. Ensure safe, effective delivery by managing people, inventory, and financial performance, and by improving safety, service quality, and equipment reliability. Develop and maintain processes and measures to ensure accurate SAP data, evaluate maintenance history for improvement opportunities, and supervise and mentor team members.
