Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect repairs and primed panels for proper body repair and primer application per SOP.
  • •Review any incomplete or improper repairs/missed damage with management before proceeding.
  • •Mask and protect adjacent non-refinish panels from scratches or damage before final sanding.
  • •Prepare repaired and primed panels (including blend panels) for final finish using abrasives, power tools, and hand tools per SOP.
  • •Clean and remove dust and particles from repair/refinish panels before moving vehicles to the next step, following safety procedures and assisting with assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •1 year of body shop and/or prepping experience preferred.
  • •Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear; frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
  • •Ability to lift 1-15 pounds and perform manual dexterity/repetitive motion tasks.
  • •Vision abilities required including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
