Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Installing and performing on-going maintenance on servers and network equipment, including rack & stack, cabling, and physical device configuration.
  • •Responding to reported server, network, and infrastructure issues.
  • •Coordinate with facility staff to ensure power, cooling, and services are functioning; address outages and escalate as needed.
  • •Diagnose and repair hardware, including replacement of components such as CPU, memory, drives, motherboards, and cables.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment efficiency, automation, and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •At least four years racking, cabling, debugging, and upgrading thousands of servers and switches in mission-critical colocation facilities.

  • •Firm understanding of GPU hardware and liquid-cooled rack solutions.
  • •Ability to work independently to manage projects within the facility.
  • •Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
