Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety and quality by following company policies, reporting hazards, and participating in safety programs.
  • •Verify product quality by reading line orders/spec sheets, performing quality checks, and addressing out-of-spec issues.
  • •Conduct periodic line audits to ensure correct product is running and proper packaging is used; coordinate with Senior Operators.
  • •Coach and train packers, provide feedback on performance/quality/safety, and identify additional training needs.
