Senior Manager, Production Management - Korea

Lead Netflix’s Korea Production Management team, overseeing series, film, and nonfiction productions. Define a production-management vision aligned to Netflix’s standards, drive operational excellence to deliver titles on time and on budget, and strengthen title management practices across stages. Manage and develop managers and coordinators, anticipate and mitigate risks, scale production capabilities through partner development and training, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful local delivery.
