  • •Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and coordinators, providing clarity, feedback, and development pathways
  • •Anticipate and mitigate production-related risks with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Stay abreast of industry trends and champion tools/technologies, training, and partner programs to scale production capabilities

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of experience in content production or a related entertainment-industry role
  • •Proven experience leading a team of studio production
