Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical solutions in Canva’s Developer Experience (DevX) group, designing and delivering complex infrastructure projects across multiple systems. Build developer-facing tools and automation such as self-service platforms, CLIs, and monitoring/diagnostics to surface issues early. Partner with engineering teams to translate needs into scalable solutions, share knowledge through documentation and mentorship, and participate in on-call for critical platform services.

•Design, document, and implement complex infrastructure projects across multiple systems and domains.
•Drive projects from initial design docs through stakeholder buy-in, implementation, testing, rollout, and adoption.
•Create automation and developer-facing tools (self-service platforms and CLIs) that reduce repetitive manual work.
•Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and diagnostic tools to proactively surface issues.
•Partner with engineering teams to gather requirements, translate constraints into scalable solutions, and support via on-call rotation for critical platform services.

•Production Kubernetes experience with containerization and orchestration.
•Experience with CI/CD pipelines at scale and monorepo build tools such as Bazel, Gradle, or similar.
