•Execute KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures.
•Collect and analyze customer information monthly and document material changes to organizational structures, legal entities, and policies.
•Perform KYC checks on merchants, collect and verify documentation, and iterate on process flow.
•Act as the first point of contact for CDD Review-related matters and guide merchants.
•Advocate internally for product/process improvements and help drive automation feedback while aligning consistency across global risk reviews.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in Customer Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence/KYC.
•Knowledge of AML/CTF, CDD, EDD, and payments risk concepts.
•High responsibility and integrity, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
•Analytical and critical mindset to support a risk-based approach.
•Comfort working with ambiguity and people from different cultures and backgrounds.
