Support retail recruitment across the store network during a busy seasonal period by coordinating end-to-end hiring for new store openings and high-volume assessment centers. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and support end-to-end hiring activities for new store openings, including sourcing, interview scheduling, assessment centers, offer management, and onboarding readiness.
•Organise and execute high-volume assessment centers and hiring events to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
•Partner with Retail Leadership to develop hiring timelines and workforce plans for new store launches and seasonal hiring peaks.
•Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, candidate communications, interview schedules, hiring materials, and day-of execution.
•Support seasonal recruitment campaigns by building talent pipelines, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, tracking progress against targets, and monitoring hiring metrics.

Key Requirements

•1-2+ years of recruiting, coordination, talent acquisition, HR, retail operations, or customer-focused experience (agency or in-house preferred).
•Exposure to retail hiring or supporting recruitment activities in customer-facing environments.
•Comfort managing multiple priorities, tasks, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse is a plus.
•Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
