•Develop development strategy in alignment with business objectives and oversee implementation across the development lifecycle.
•Prepare comprehensive asset overviews, business plans, market analyses, pricing studies, and financial analyses for real estate projects.
•Oversee selection and management of consultants and coordinate with design, procurement, and commercial teams.
•Lead pre-development and development activities, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and QSHE requirements.
•Mentor and supervise the Development officer and manage project schedules, budgets, and performance across multiple projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, finance, or equivalent field; Master’s in real estate preferred.
