Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility across active use cases via an action log, ownership, and due dates
  • •Track use cases against schedules and flag slippage early through weekly pipeline reviews
  • •Serve as day-to-day point of contact for institutional stakeholders; book sessions and confirm attendance
  • •Manage risk and issue registers and run an escalation ladder with timely notifications and revised dates
  • •Coordinate centre cadence, onboarding, surge capacity, and dependencies between the centre and platform/governance functions

Key Requirements

  • •Several years running delivery in software projects, ideally with technical work and institutional clients
