•Identify and develop new revenue opportunities, including products, client segments, and financing strategies in community development finance.
•Build market assessments and business cases using feasibility reviews and financial modeling aligned to credit and risk frameworks.
•Partner across product, credit, and enabling teams to advance ideas through the product/strategy development cycle to execution, including negotiating term sheets and preparing credit pre-flight memos.
•Represent the bank externally to source opportunities and stay ahead of market trends as an ambassador of community and corporate finance capabilities.
•Ensure activities align with credit policies, risk appetite, growth strategies, and enterprise sustainable finance frameworks.

Salary: USD 170,255 - 200,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, sustainability, or a related field.

•Experience aligned to structured finance, project finance, or asset-based finance; MBA or CFA is a plus.
