Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure fleet maintenance in a dedicated region is completed by MROs according to regulatory requirements, company procedures, and standards.
  • •Monitor aircraft technical status day to day and coordinate defect rectification with contracted maintenance providers and MCC.
  • •Coordinate other maintenance-related functions with ground handling contractors (e.g., aircraft washing) and assist in continuous process improvement.
  • •Oversee hangar and store facilities, update the local technical library, and assist with down-route maintenance support.
  • •Manage and monitor contracted maintenance provider performance; perform spot-checks, issue compliance statements and work orders, approve vendor invoices, and participate in seasonal schedule planning.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years in a Part-145 or Part-M approved organization.
  • •Thorough knowledge of Part-145 and Part-M regulations.
  • •Thorough knowledge of CAME and knowledge of maintenance methods.
  • •Experience coordinating maintenance compliance and technical statuses with contracted maintenance providers.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
