Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Work with internal and external partners across new setups and existing retrofits.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, typically with 5+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •Technical School or formal training is preferred.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency using a hand-held computer (smartphone/iPad).
