Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure on-time delivery for production orders and collaborate with Supply Chain and Central Planning on customer requirements and ad-hoc upside requests.
  • •Manage material planning for production builds, coordinating with material planners and securing wafer supply.
  • •Plan, study, and analyze weekly capacity feasibility with Industrial Engineering; optimize loading to maximize assembly output.
  • •Coordinate production build execution for engineering lead lot requirements, ensuring correct process flow and timely starts.
  • •Optimize scheduling probe job combinations, implement dashboards/alerts, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve probe-result discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering (preferable).
  • •At least 2 years of leadership skills through university or co-curricular activities.
  • •Production and material planning expertise, including capacity analysis and optimization techniques.
  • •ERP system proficiency (SAP or equivalent) with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • •Experience/interest in semiconductor industry and familiarity with AI tools (Chatbot/agentic AI/automation) is preferred.
