Key Responsibilities

  • •Remove and install aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies/components; service and lubricate aircraft systems.
  • •Prepare aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks; perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions.
  • •Diagnose and solve aircraft subsystem problems using special tools and equipment; fix pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
  • •Provide OJT, coaching, and mentorship to QAF personnel; document maintenance procedures, records, and compliance items; coordinate training.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience with the AH-64D or AH-64E aircraft.
  • •3+ years of experience with Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation (ULLS-A(E)) and Enhanced Logbook Automation System (ELAS) entries.
  • •Successfully completed and be qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government armed forces aircraft maintenance course or civilian equivalent training.
  • •Provide proof of qualification via contractor factory training or other equivalent training reviewed and approved by the PCO/GFR as substitute.
  • •Be able to perform maintenance under general direction and support travel as required.
