•Develop and manage a calendar of partner-hosted networking events, premium experiences, and community programming tailored to specific advisor segments.
•Translate high-level goals into structured plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents that keep multiple concurrent events on track.
•Design thoughtful, high-value experiences that strengthen advisor engagement and create meaningful connections with partners.
•Manage attendee journeys from invitation through follow-up, including communications, registration, and on-site experience.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•4-6+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, community programming, or managing high-touch experiences
•Proven ability to independently own events from planning through execution and post-event follow-up
•Demonstrated experience managing multiple events or workstreams simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail
•Strong project management skills with the ability to build timelines, manage logistics, and drive execution across complex initiatives
•Excellent communication skills, with experience managing internal stakeholders, external partners, and attendee communications
