Key Responsibilities

  • •Own 3–4 complex fulfilment charters end-to-end, from fuzzy problem to live result.
  • •Define the problem and build hypothesis trees and workplans from scratch.
  • •Turn analysis into shipped change by piloting, measuring, and carrying outcomes forward.
  • •Increase operational reliability and sharpen customer experience across the service lifecycle.
  • •Work across Operations, Product, Data, and Commercial, moving people who don’t report to you.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years across top consulting firms and/or fast-paced startups.
  • •Structured, MBB-style problem solving paired with the ability to ship operational change.
  • •Hands-on with data: pull, cut, and pressure-test your own thinking.
  • •Strong executive communication: write and speak to drive decisions.
  • •Experience in high-volume marketplace/on-demand/e-commerce environments; bonus for building or scaling a support function.
