Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the technical, personnel, and financial aspects of the Production department while supporting the Talent Buyer and Special Events Manager
  • •Complete and distribute a daily show flash (P&L) for every event and track budget/financial aspects
  • •Maintain department manuals/training materials and create daily/weekly show schedules for staff meeting distribution
  • •Maintain inventory and maintenance logs; oversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, and video systems and advise on repairs
  • •Facilitate interdepartmental communication, coordinate operational feedback with the Talent Buyer, and maintain vendor records and past show files

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.4 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Prior production experience in an entertainment venue
  • •Tour and stage production experience
  • •Understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems, and video systems
  • •Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and make clear, concise decisions
  • •Computer literate in Windows applications; Excel and Word are must-haves
