Partner with TikTok Ads clients by building and enhancing products that meet advertising business needs. •Build new products and enhance existing ones in collaboration with TikTok product engineering teams to meet business needs.
•Use TikTok products and innovative technology to identify, develop, and maximize commercial prospects with advertising clients.
•Work closely with Customer Success to identify business opportunities and support clients in achieving business goals.
•Design and build end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies, delivering production-level code with maintainability, scalability, documentation, and test plans.

•Ability to collaborate, communicate, and manage advertising client and partner relationships.
•Strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to tailor technical presentations to different audiences.
